Just a little update, mainly about the weather. We couldn’t have dreamed for better weather, but it is going to be pretty hot. So our main concern is that everyone stays healthy all day long. So please be prepared by:
There will be no event tickets for purchase on the gate.
Entry opens at 1pm. The festival closes at 9pm. See https://corfest.com/whats-on.html for what to expect.
For 2025 we’ve partnered with Whisper. The app keeps you up to date with everything happening on the day - bands, entertainment, food offerings, the lot. So download it now for free, and it’ll be ready for you to use on the 21st!
CorFest is at Corsham Rugby Club, SN13 9QG. There will be signage alongside Lacock Road to guide you in.
We hope you’ll consider walking from Corsham town. Lacock Road is a fast road, so please be very careful and keep to the footpath. Be extra careful when crossing the road. Or to be even safer you can take a lovely walk through Corsham Court’s grounds via the gate in the wall alongside the entrance to the Rugby Club.
We do have on site parking, but it is limited, so if you can car-share, that will help out. DO NOT park on the Lacock Road.
At the end of the night, it will still be light, so walking back from the site should still be safe. Again, take great care on the road.
You can leave your vehicle on site overnight, but this is entirely at your own risk. The gates will be opened after 9am on Sunday morning.
Sorry, no. Dogs are not allowed on Rugby Club premises.
Unlike many festivals, we allow you to bring in food as we recognise current cost of living pressures - we are a Music Festival For All. However, we have plenty of food vendors - wood-fired pizza, authentic Indian Street food, hog roast, burgers, coffee, cakes, ice cream and more. Supporting local vendors is incredibly important, so please tuck in and enjoy. The vendors are also donating to our charities so the more you spend, the more we can donate.
Do settle in - bring things to sit on, picnic blankets, and if you want to bring a gazebo please put it up along the fence line only. No barbecues please and please put your waste in the bins provided.
Again, yes, but we have bars serving sensibly priced beer, cider, cocktails, spirits - the takings for which will support the Rugby Club, so a spend at the bars will really help the club.
Please only bring plastic cups to drink from (ideally multiple use as opposed to single use). Any glass other than heavy duty glass bottles will be removed by marshals. Please use the clearly marked recycling locations around the site to dispose of plastics and any glass bottles. Bottle tops (especially serrated bottle tops or screw caps) must be disposed of in the standard waste bins. We can’t risk rugby players tackling on sharp metal or broken glass!
We’ll have soft drinks available, and free water will be available for refills.
CorFest is a proper family event, with lots of kids. Looking after them is your parental or guardian responsibility. The site is big and pretty safe, but as kids do like to explore, please keep an eye on them. There will be stewards and security on site should you need assistance.
In addition to getting your own commemorative reusable pint pot for bar purchases, you can also buy a t-shirt. There will be a limited stock available for purchase or order at 5pm - get the app and we’ll let you know when they’re available!
Get your hand stamped at the gate. If you need to leave and re-enter the site, please make sure your stamp is clearly visible – if you need to get a re-stamp, please see one of the team and get it done before you leave. No-one without a hand stamp will be allowed to enter the site.
We are operating a zero tolerance policy to drugs. Anyone found bringing in or using illegal drugs will be removed from site and the police notified. We will also be applying Challenge 25 rules at the bars. If you are over 18 and are lucky enough to look under 25, please bring appropriate ID and show it at the gate. You will be given an over 18 hand stamp.
We are delighted to thank our main sponsors for this year, Ashford Homes and Sovereign Damp Proofing. Thank you to them - their contribution allows us to donate more to our charities.
We can’t wait to welcome you to CorFest 2025!
The CorFest Team.
